There are few other fall events as iconic as Oktoberfest and Fort Worth’s rendition is always special, combining German culture with just enough Texas character to make it a perfect hometown tradition. If you enjoy craft bier and awesome entertainment, or unterhaltung, mark your calendars for September 22-24, when Oktoberfest takes over Panther Island Pavilion.

ADMISSION
$15 for a 3-day pass
$5 on Thursday, Sept. 22
$10 on Friday & Saturday, Sept. 23-24
$60 for VIP Dinner

ENTERTAINMENT
The three-day event will include live music and entertainment from Brave Combo, Walburg Boys, 3rd Generation, Alpine Dancers and many other performers. There will also be a 5k timed run and bike ride; when you pay to participate in the 5k, you’ll receive free entry into the festival. Other activities include a barrel roll competition, Dachshund Dash (register your furry friend!), and even an Oktoberfest Olympics!

FOOD
It wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without some authentic German cuisine. At this year’s event, you can feast on several items, including Schnitzel, Quarkballchen, German Potato Pancakes and much more. There are also VIP dining packages available from Reata Haus Restaurant.
