
Honda has made various changes to the 2016 CR-Z in order to enhance its overall appeal on the market. The car gains new standard features across its trims, several new exterior modifications and a new high-end EX-L Navi trim. In addition to this, many optional accessories are offered on the CR-Z this year that spice up its appearance.
Starting with the exterior, the 2016 CR-Z receives five-spoke alloy wheels, a new rear bumper, a restyled eight-point grille and a more dramatic front bumper. Aside from this, the model gains a new lower center console, and brushed metallic trims on the center console, front paneling and door handles. Standard features offered on the new model include push-button start/stop, Smart Entry and a seven-inch touchscreen, while the EX and new EX-L Navi trim receive LaneWatch, a system allowing drivers to see the passenger side roadway. Exclusive components offered on the EX-L Navi trim include navigation, leather-trimmed, heated seats and contrast stitching.
A wealth of accessories, such as LED fog lights with blue accents, fuel cap trims, and front bumper and rear tailgate garnishes, are also available on the CR-Z. A 1.5L, delivering 130 horsepower, and an electric motor, paired with either a CVT or six-speed manual transmission, power the model.
